Villa Estelle is a completely renovated old stone house, located on the north side of the island in the quiet village of Vrbanj. 

Villa is surrounded by many small and charming traditional villages, some on hills, most by the sea.

Villa has two large indoor entertainment areas, comfortable for big families and group of friends.

Traditionally called the Konoba, this room, with high ceiling and original old wood beams, was the cellar for the storage of wine barrels. It has been transformed into the main living room with a stone woodworking fireplace and big French doors opening onto a terrace with a fountain and close to the pool (approx. 60 sqm.). Connected, but separated from the living room, is a cozy study with a sofa bed and with direct access to the garden.

The other main entertainment room, located on the 1st floor (with AC), consists of a big American gourmet fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for up to 10 guests (approx. 45 sqm.). High ceiling with wooden beams, it has its own access to a large terrace with a big banquette, ideal for morning tea or coffee, a staircase is leading directly to the garden and pool area. This floor also has a powder room.

Villa has 4 double bedrooms and one study with a sofa bed. 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor sharing the same bathroom. One en suite bedroom with AC is in the attic, One bedroom is on the ground floor, with French doors opening onto the garden and sharing the bathroom with the study. The toilet is separated.

It is consisting of a spacious garden with a gated entrance, a swimming pool of 9m x 4m, different terraces to relax in the sun or shade, a large summer kitchen with barbecue, fridge and sink, big banquettes and pillows to enjoy the summer lifestyle and dine comfortably for up to 10 persons.
