This house is 100% self-sufficient. Electricity is obtained from a photovoltaic system and the house has a 12 Volt power grid, water is collected in a rainwater cistern, hot water is treated via solar thermal energy and yet you do not have to do without anything.

Upstairs – 120 square meters – is the main living area consisting of living room with kitchen and dining area, and bedroom with attached bathroom.

In the basement is a separate, smaller living area with sitting area, bedroom, own bathroom and small kitchenette. (35 sqm)

Guest access

The entire house is only at the guests’ disposal! 4 people max

 ATTENTION: The property can only be reached by car via an unpaved road. This requires a 4×4 and an experienced driver.
It is advisable to come to the property by water taxi or by your own boat. (dock is available) Upon check-in, we will accompany you in any case!
